Independent Living
Whether it's a condominium or a house, some prefer the freedom of living in a one floor, low maintenance home. Some retirement communities offer this type of housing with an admission fee and a monthly charge that covers items such as exterior maintenance, security, taxes and recreational programs.
Assisted Living
For those who require some type of assistance with daily activities, many retirement centers offer assisted living accommodations which still allows the resident to maintain independence.
